Straight answers.
The questions every serious international buyer asks before engaging a China partner.
How quickly do you respond to a new inquiry?
+
Within one business day. For active clients, our China team typically responds within 1–3 hours during working hours.
What are your fees?
+
Sourcing and project management is typically charged as a transparent service fee or commission, agreed upfront. Inspection is a flat per-man-day rate. There are no hidden margins.
Can you work with very small orders?
+
Yes — though our model is optimized for serious commercial buyers. We're transparent if a project isn't a fit for us.
Do you take ownership of the goods?
+
No. We act as your agent. You contract directly with the factory and own the goods — we orchestrate, inspect and ship on your behalf.
Do you handle customs in my country?
+
We can arrange door-to-door including destination customs through our partner network, or hand off cleanly to your existing broker.
What if quality is wrong on arrival?
+
Our inspection protocol catches issues before shipment. If an issue does slip through, we negotiate remediation with the factory and document everything.
Can you help us open a Hong Kong company and bank account?
+
Yes — incorporation typically takes 5–7 days, with bank account opening usually within 2–4 weeks depending on the bank.
Do you sign NDAs?
+
Always — bilateral NDAs are standard before sharing any project specifics with suppliers.
